John is CEO of MCM Net, the digital marketing agency he founded 22 years ago. As a passionate marketer he loves experimenting with new platforms and discovering the potential reach and targeting options of all the channels available. Day to day John is responsible for steering the direction and growth of the business, getting our brand in front of the right people and inspiring our amazing team.
Digital Marketing Director at MCM Net, Carl, has several years’ experience in devising digital marketing strategies that deliver across both organic and paid channels. Carl is responsible for ensuring that the team deliver amazing results and are constantly pushing the boundaries. Carl’s experience means that he is used to working with clients of all budgets and knows how to get bang for your buck!
Alexander graduated from the University of Surrey with a Degree in Mathematics and quickly found a passion for Paid Social advertising. During his 4 years within the sector he has utilised his Mathematical background to take a data-based approach to his work for clients big and small having worked with a wide range of brands from small Kent-based charities such as Heart of Kent Hospice to Automotive companies such as McLaren.
Toby has gained a wealth of knowledge in driving digital marketing campaigns for a wide range of budgets from clients of all sizes. Starting his career working for one of the largest insurance providers in the world, then moving into the luxury watch sector and now agency side. His 6 years’ experience working both client and agency side has given him an edge when it comes to driving successful campaigns across a wide range of platforms.
Aindrea has had a lifelong passion for writing and creativity, something she puts to use every day as Content Lead at MCM Net. She has varied and considerable experience in creating and managing content across a variety of disciplines, from writing ad copy for top international media brands, to honing engaging organic social content for a variety of businesses, like household-name British brands and small, local charities.
